The Annapurnashaktiyoga.com website (the “Website”) provides information about Annapurna Shakti Yoga (Also, “ASY”), its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, instructors, and contractors including, without limitation. The Website also provides information regarding the affiliates of “Annapurna Shakti Yoga”, and related companies (“Affiliates”) and parties unrelated to ASY(“Third Parties”). In addition, the following Terms of Use apply to your participation in the Annapurna Shakti Yoga Classes or Retreats (the “Program”). The term “ASY” shall include reference to the Program. The Website is made available to the public subject to the following terms, policies, and guidelines. When referring to the “Website” in these Terms of Use, such reference includes information provided on the Website and information provided through any mobile device, DVD, videotape or other similar medium accessed or downloaded via the Website.

 By visiting or using the Website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use the Website and must immediately cease use of the Website. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. ASY; Annapurnashaktioyoga.com; ASY Program; ASY Programs. ASY addresses only non-urgent subjects of a general nature. ASY does not take into account the medical conditions of individual users, and none of the information provided in ASY should be considered a substitute for personal medical attention, diagnosis or treatment.

We maintain the information you provide to us as confidential pursuant to the terms of our Privacy Policy which may be accessed on this Website. The information you provide will form the basis of your account with us. You agree to provide this information as well as any other mandatory information and agree that such information provided will be accurate and current.

Retreat Refunds. Participants who make a deposit (total or half) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial payment, as long as there are 60 days or more until the Retreat begins. A refund will not be issued after 7 days of the marked payment date, or if there are 60 days or less until the start of the Retreat. Full Payment is due 45 days prior to the Retreat. If the customer misses the 7-day refund window, the customer has the opportunity to transfer their deposit (total of half) to a future Retreat occurring within 1 year, but will be assessed a $750 transfer fee. The customer is only eligible to transfer deposit to another Retreat one (1) time. In all circumstances, transfer of deposit to another offered ASY Retreat must be requested a minimum of 45 days before the Retreat start date. No refunds or transfer can be accommodated if there are 45 days or less to the start of Retreat.

Workshop Refunds. Participants who sign up and pay for an ASY Workshop are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial payment, as long as there are 30 days or more until the Workshop begins. A refund will not be issued after 7 days of the marked payment date, or if there are 29 days or less until the start of the Workshop. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to the Workshop, or until the workshop is full. If the customer misses the 7-day refund window, the customer has the opportunity to transfer their payment to a future ASY Workshop occurring within 1 year, but will be assessed a $50 transfer fee. The customer is only eligible to transfer deposit to another Retreat one (1) time. In all circumstances, transfer of deposit to another offered ASY Workshop must be requested a minimum of 30 days before the Workshop start date. No refunds or transfer can be accommodated if there are 30 days or less to the start of Workshop.
Please note, instructors have the right to cancel a workshop due to weather, unavailability (sudden illness), not enough attendees etc. In these cases you will be notified by them and refunded in full.

*If you purchase a hotel room to attend the workshop (coming from out of town), we suggest you book a room that allows you to cancel without penalty. It is not the instructors responsibility to pay for this additional purchase. If you need to cancel your registration for the workshop, please contact us.

Usage Regulations. You may display, reformat and print information from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, re-publish, distribute or display any Content (as defined under Copyrights below) or other material from the Website for any other purpose. All such uses are strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent, and such consent may be given or withheld in our discretion. The Website may contain other proprietary notices and limitations, the terms of which must be observed and followed. You agree that you will not in any way modify, move, add to, delete from or tamper with any Content or feature of the Website or interfere in any way with its proper functioning. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website by anyone who violates these Terms of Use or any applicable law or whose conduct is harmful to the interests of ASY, Affiliates or any third-party licensors.
